PLEASE READ BELOW TO FIND OUT IF YOU QUALIFY

80% Qualifications:

1-person home may earn no more than $49,680.00 annually
2-person home may earn no more than $56,720.00 annually
3-person home may earn no more than $63,840.00 annually
4-person home may earn no more than $70,880.00 annually

60% Qualifications:

1-person home may earn no more than $37,260.00 annually
2-person home may earn no more than $42,540.00 annually
3-person home may earn no more than $47,880.00 annually
4-person home may earn no more than $53,160.00 annually

MINIMUM MONTHLY INCOME

Minimum monthly income must be 2x monthly rent

Example A: If rent is $846.00, must make at least $1,692.00 monthly
Example B: If rent is $1,179.00, must make at least $2,358.00 monthly

APPLICATION FEE

$21.50 for first adult, $16.00 for each additional adult application

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Security deposit starts at $100.00

WHAT DO I NEED TO PRE-QUALIFY?

To begin the application process, please present the following documents:

Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older
Income verification Items
Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s
Individual income and assets
Two years of resident or rental Verification if applicable

Income qualifications will be based on GROSS annual income. Please call for details on acceptable proof of income.
